This is My Personal Story, The pressure to find a job after graduation might be difficult as a student. I remember starting in my third year of college and being concerned about my future. I never expected to get a job so quickly, but things took an unexpected turn.

The Early Days

During my third year, I was offered a job by an MNC company in India. It was a wonderful opportunity, but I was unsure about my coding abilities. But I decided to give it a try, and to my surprise, I was hired. I was overjoyed. Because of semester examinations, labs, and projects, I stopped coding throughout my last year. Nevertheless, I completed my graduation with first-class distinction, hoping to start my new job soon.

The Waiting Game

After completing my degree, I eagerly awaited my onboarding date. However, when I checked with my placement department, I was informed that my onboarding had been delayed due to a recession. Two months went by, and some of my friends got on board with the company, while others found jobs elsewhere. I became anxious and stressed out, wondering when I would get my chance.

Struggling with Financial Problems Depression & Anxiety

As time passed, I began to struggle with financial problems and depression, and anxiety. The longer I waited for a job, the more I felt like I was losing hope. I decided to focus on my coding skills, hoping it would help me get a job.

When You’re Waiting for Jobs

Applying for jobs was a time-consuming process. I kept getting rejection emails, and it seemed like I was stuck in a never-ending job waiting line. I watched videos on YouTube and Instagram to improve my resume, and I started applying for five jobs a day. I applied for over 3,000 jobs on every platform I knew, but I didn’t get any responses. The decade of lies I lived through and the struggles of job application were unexplainable.

Regaining Motivation

Despite all the rejections, I refused to give up. I started working on my live websites, Gradlife, and Technuws. I even tried freelancing, but the pay was not great. Surviving in India as a fresher was challenging, and it was difficult to stay motivated. However, I regained my motivation and started working on some personal projects to improve my coding skills.

Unemployed for Months

Months went by, and I was still unemployed. However, I never gave up on applying for jobs. I finally got a two-month internship, which gave me some much-needed experience. After completing my internship, I continued working on my live websites, doing some projects, and applying for jobs.

As for me, I’m still waiting for my onboarding, but I haven’t given up. I continue to work on my skills and pursue opportunities that align with my interests and career aspirations. Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
